Details: These GE-branded beauties belonged to the previous condo owner, so I can’t personally speak to their pros and cons. However! I did wash and dry a load to test the machines, and everything came out great. They are compact machines, so loads will need to be on the smaller side for optimal cleaning. That said, these would be ideal for a household of 1–2 people. Would prefer to sell the pair in one go, but I’ll consider offers to buy just the washer or just the dryer (Washer $400; Electric Dryer $300).

Details: Another GE appliance belonging to the previous condo owner (love to see brand loyalty!). This is a no-frills, gets-the-job-done, top-freezer refrigerator. Color is white with a 17.5 cubic feet capacity.

Dimensions are 67 3/8 H x 28 W x 32 1/2 D.

Delivery: None. Pick up in Mar Vista by or before Monday 9/25.

Additional Info: Refrigerator is currently installed with a lefthand door swing (i.e. handles on the right).

Details [UPDATED]: Updating the condition to fair and taking the price down as a result. I’ve been storing this sofa in a back room that doesn’t get used except for storage. Sadly, because the sofa was positioned uncovered next to two windows, one side suffered some sun bleaching. You can flip the cushions over to minimize the appearance, but some parts (top of the back and the arm of the sofa) will still show signs of sun bleaching. Strategic placement of a throw blanket will help. Alternatively, there are various retailers online who make inexpensive cushion and couch covers (handy if if you have dogs, cats, and/or sloppy friends).

Saying goodbye to this Joybird Hopson sleeper sofa is stirring up all sorts of emotions for me. I bought it 8 years ago (well before Joybird was acquired by La-Z-Boy) as a tax refund “treat yo’self” upgrade. I’ve since upgraded the upgrade, so it’s time to rehome this regal respite in furniture form.

Original innerspring mattress included. Before you wince and go “ew,” it was slept on by 2 different guests, who each only stayed one night. And I used a mattress pad for both of those visits. I promise you this mattress is cleaner than the last hotel or airbnb bed you slept in.

Color is dragonfly (discontinued) in velvet with walnut wood stain. Dimensions are 34 H x 78 W x 36 D.

Additional Info: Joybird still makes the Hopson sleeper sofa, but not in this color. Without seeing a swatch in person, I’d say the closest current color match is Royale Peacock. The $650 price is just for fellow Apple employees — a steal considering Kaiyo is selling a similar Joybird sleeper sofa for nearly 2.5x more without the mattress.

Details: Oh look! It’s West Elm stuff again! Real talk: I can totally see these dining chairs becoming a sought-after “vintage WE” find in 10 years. I mean, we’re already seeing vintage IKEA popping up on Marketplace. Mark my words. This dining set is the only item in the For Sale section I’m still actively using until Moving Day. WE no longer makes the table — no surprise — but it’s in the dark walnut color. WE does still make the chair, but the fabric name is probably different by now. My chairs have a tweedy fabric in an oatmeal-like color with the antique brass finish.

Table dimensions are 28 1/2 H x 36-inches Diam. Chair dimensions are 32 H x 17 1/2 W x 21 D.
